1. HIGH VOLUME PRODUCERS (12+ deals per year):
This plan is geared towards Experienced Agents who require minimal support and no training.
100% Commission for the contract year
$100 monthly Admin Fee (payable 12 months in advance, ie. $1200.00)
Pay $325 per closing Deal Fee (payable 12 months in advance, ie. $3900.00.)
If an agent closes over 12 deals in a contract year, only the $325 Deal Fee is applicable.

Agents switching offices must show a sales transcript to prove they have done 12 deals or more in their previous calendar years to qualify for the Top Producer Plan.
2. MEDIUM VOLUME PRODUCERS (2 – 11 deals per year)
80/20 Commission Split for the contract year
$100 monthly Administration fee
Training Sessions
Managing Broker support 7 days a week by telephone or e-mail.
3. LOW VOLUME PRODUCERS (0-1 deals per year only)
80/20 Commission Split for the contract year
$200 monthly Administration fee
Training Sessions
Managing Broker support 7 days a week by telephone or e-mail.
