FSR's Green Initiatives...  ..... At FSR, we are committed to helping to build a clean future.We are concerned about the environment and are providing tools that enable our company and staff to make their lives more green. At FSR, we are doing our part to minimize our impact on the Earth's climate. So we’re taking every step we can to implement innovative and responsible environmental practices to reduce our carbon footprint. We start with small things such as minimizing our waste of paper by not having a traditional paper fax machine - our fax machine supports a program that converts a paper fax into a paperless PDF e-mail that can be stored & mailed electronically. In addition our entire conveyance office has been fitted with Compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs). CFLs use up to 75% less energy than regular light bulbs. They can also last up to 10 years. We also conserve paper and trees by making available to our Seller's our evaluations by e-mail. If you want to help us help the environment, simply tell us ahead of time you would like your evaluation e-mailed. Otherwise we give printed consise compact to the point evaluations - we dont believe in giving you evaluations with a lot of fluff & fill the size of the Vancouver yellow Pages!
